To help make it easier for all our customers to manage their finances at their convenience, we offer a number of ways to access us as well as via our large network of branches across the country.
 
Online banking
You can manage your bank account, credit card, together with most savings accounts and investments online. You can also view your mortgage balance and manage your shares.

To use the service, all you need is access to the Internet and an email address. Bank of Scotland does not charge for the provision of the online banking service. The cost of your service is dependent on your Internet service provider charges. Read more about online banking.

Other online services
You can also apply for a number of products online such as Personal Loans and Credit Cards.

Telephone banking
Customers can use this service for everything from checking their balance and ordering a statement to arranging an overdraft. Arrangements can also be made for customers to pay bills and transfer money to other Bank of Scotland accounts. Call 08457 801 801 for more details. Mobile banking

Mobile banks serve local communities and operate in Aberdeenshire, Brodick, Gairloch, Lerwick, Oban, Perth and Portree. They provide a full banking service and visit schools, retirement homes, community groups and worksites. Mobile bank timetable
