Cover yourself against worry and hassle with Sentinel® Card Protection by putting a dedicated and professional team on your side if your cards go missing.

Sentinel® Card Protection will:

• notify your card issuers and arrange replacements,
• protect the registered cards of other members of your household,
• provide a cash advance of up to £1,000 in the UK, subject to status,
• provide a £1,000 cash advance if your cards are lost or stolen whilst you’re abroad, subject to status,
• provide a £3,000 cash advance to help pay hotel bills if you’re stranded overseas, subject to status,
• provide a £3,000 cash advance to cover lost tickets and travel documents,
• Security Protected Key and Luggage tags to help you recover your personal items if they are lost or stolen, subject to status,
• pay £100 towards finding medical assistance if you fall ill abroad.

Added Value Accounts opened from 24 March 2012 Sentinel® Card Protection will not offer cover against unauthorised and fraudulent use of cards.

However, if you are the victim of card fraud you should be covered by the bank who issued your card.

The level of fraud cover may differ between card issuers so if in doubt you should contact your card issuer directly.

All of the other Sentinel® Card Protection benefits remain as above.

Registering for Sentinel® Card Protection
Sentinel® Card Protection is automatically activated. However, we recommend you register your card details as this will help speed up your claim if you ever need to make one.
