British Sign Language SignVideo
If you are a user of British Sign Language (BSL) the SignVideo service gives you access to an online interpreter enabling you to communicate with us using sign language.
We also have a Twitter page where we’re happy to help you with Internet Banking queries - but for questions about your personal account you’ll need to contact us by phone. Calls may be monitored or recorded.
How do I know the Twitter page is genuine?
www.twitter.com/askbankofscot is the only official Bank of Scotland Twitter page. If you find a Twitter page claiming to represent Bank of Scotland that is not at that address, please report it by emailing security@bankofscotland.co.uk.
