Integrated Finance that helps management retain control
Launched in 2000, Integrated Finance provides the necessary acquisition or development finance for companies that might otherwise appear unattractive to traditional private equity investors, either because of modest growth projections, or because there is no planned exit strategy. Crucially, the funding packages are geared towards long-term running yield, rather than short to medium-term equity appreciation, enabling management teams to retain control, while improving their equity position.
Our funding packages of £15m upwards, use a flexible mix of senior debt, mezzanine debt, loan stock and equity so management can retain control of their business. This is ideal for high quality cash generative businesses, and can be used for MBOs, acquisitions, succession planning and development finance.
