Our aim is to make credit and debit card processing as straightforward for your business as possible. Whether you accept cards face-to-face, over the phone, by mail order or online, Bank of Scotland Merchant Services has a range of options – including the latest terminals – ideally suited to your business. Payments by cardholders are processed daily which means that funds are credited, automatically, to your account within three to four working days.

Our dedicated customer care helpline is available Monday to Saturday 8am to 9pm, with experts ready to answer any queries you may have. Merchant Services is a chargeable service. Terminal leasing is subject to a three year minimum rental agreement. Prices are dependent on terminal type and length of rental agreement.
