Interest rates the way you want it

You can choose to fix the interest rate at the beginning of the loan period, so you know exactly how much you will be repaying each month. Or you can choose a variable rate, where your payments will change in accordance with the Bank of Scotland Base Rate. If you're not sure which rate would suit you best, your dedicated Relationship Manager will be happy to discuss your options with you.

Choose your payment terms

You can make your repayments over a term anywhere between one and 20 years. You can also have the arrangement fee rolled into the loan for your convenience. We will provide an option to make overpayments as well as the option to pay off the loan early without incurring any penalties.
