Pension fund payments
Please note that for your protection there are strict laws governing the financial management of pension funds. This means that we are unable to instruct any pension provider to begin collecting payments from a different account. You will therefore need to contact your pension provider directly to give them details of your new Bank of Scotland account. They can update their system to collect the relevant payments from your new account.
