Our Customer Service Advisers are available 24/7 so you can take care of your business banking at a time that suits you.
For more complex matters you can speak to a Business Manager within normal working hours. They can advise you on the full range of Bank of Scotland services and they're empowered to make decisions.
How to register for Telephone Banking
To take advantage of this service you need to register. Just call

† and a Customer Service Adviser will take your details. We'll guide you through the registration process and you'll be able to take advantage of our improved service shortly afterwards.
Once your application is processed you'll be asked to set up a password on your accounts which will identify you, or any registered users, each time you call. This allows us to securely carry out a full range of transactions on your account.
Touch tone option
If you're registered for Telephone Banking and your phone is compatible you will be offered the option of using our touch tone service or speaking directly to a Customer Service Adviser.
The touch tone option is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
You can manage your daily banking securely at your own speed. Using the keypad you'll be guided to the service you need quickly. Should you need any help you can simply connect to one of our Customer Service Advisers at any point.

How to check your phone is compatible
To check your phone is compatible with our touch tone service, look for a switch on the base or side. Move the switch to one of the following settings: 'T', 'Tone', 'DTMF' or 'TB' (and not 'P' or 'Pulse').

A limited range of services are available to non-registered customers.
