Local expertise

Established in 1996, the Paris office was our first to be opened in Continental Europe and remains our largest, with 30 staff. Our local recruitment policy ensures that the team has extensive contacts with all the key players (investors, banks, legal and other professional advisors). Nevertheless, we remain close to the centre of the Group thanks to open and flexible lines of communication between head office and our senior management in Paris, to whom substantial authority has been delegated. Naturally, we're multilingual and able to transact in all major Western European languages.

Experienced team

Since receiving full Branch status, we've completed around 145 deals, totalling over €3.5bn. We've provided finance for acquisitions across a broad range of sectors and just about every asset class. Our loan book, which currently has a total of 55 transactions, comprises a mixture of senior secured, junior and mezzanine debt – all of which are managed in-house by our dedicated team.
