Corporate and structured lending

We have experience in funding MBO's, MBI's, P2P's, secondary buy outs, and recapitalisations. The team specialises in the provision of senior, junior, mezzanine and PIK financing. With short approval lines and no formulae for debt multiples or gearing levels, each deal is assessed on its merits, so customers can be assured of an individual response.

Real estate finance

Our real estate offering is based on a solid understanding of the dynamics of the property sector and long experience of delivering for our clients.
