To view your credit card recent transactions, log into the Internet Banking service and select your card from ‘Your accounts’.

If you have an eligible account you can register for our Paper-free service where you can view your statements securely online for up to 6 years.

Your log in details
Your username, password and memorable information are collectively referred to as your 'log in' details. You'll use these whenever you log into your accounts, so never tell them to anybody else.

You can change your password and memorable information at any time. The 'Updating your log in details' section below tells you how to do this. If you suspect anybody else knows them, change them immediately!

Our online demo shows you how to log in.

Don't fall foul of the latest 'Phishing scam' emails – these claim to be from your bank, and may look very convincing, asking you to supply your log in details.  We would NEVER email you asking for your log in details, so don't respond to them. Read more about phishing scam emails here.

If you ever suspect your log in details have been compromised, call our helpdesk immediately on 08456 02 00 00 (24 hours).

Remember my username
You can make logging in even easier by ticking the 'Remember my username' box on the log in page.

If you choose this, when you log in your computer will automatically show your username, and you only need to enter your password and memorable information. This feature does not make your online access any less secure, but it should only be used on your own personal computer. For more information, read our 'How we remember your username' page.

Forgotten log in details / locked out
If you forget any of your log in details or become locked out, you can reset your online access by clicking  either ‘Forgotten your password?’,  ‘Forgotten your user name?’ or ‘Having problems logging in?’ on the log in page.

We’ll then collect some additional information from you to confirm your identity and ask you to call us to answer a few security questions. You will receive a letter within 5 working days with full details of how to access your Internet Banking service.

Will I get the same username if I click 'Forgotten your username?'

The first time you select 'Forgotten your username' you'll be presented with a username which will work with your existing password and memorable information.  Any further requests for a username reminder will generate the same username on the screen.
