You can view your current overdraft limit on the 'Your accounts' page next to the relevant account.

To apply online to change an existing overdraft go to the account and select ‘Change my overdraft limit’ and then follow the online instructions.

To speak to someone regarding your overdraft application or our decision, please call 08457 21 31 41 and select to speak to a customer service consultant.

Call 08457 21 31 41, keeping your debit card to hand.

Once you have logged in to telephone banking, select

• Option 1 (Manage your bank account)

followed by

• Option 3 (Overdraft enquiry)

By following the simple instructions, you will then be able to request an increased limit on your overdraft and you could have your request approved immediately.

Alternatively you can call 08457 21 31 41 and select to speak to a consultant, or pop into your nearest branch.

Arrange a new overdraft
To arrange an overdraft online simply select the 'Apply' link next to your account from the 'Your accounts' page and then follow the on-screen instructions.

We will tell you immediately online if you have a guaranteed overdraft limit.  This is the maximum that we can lend based on information we already hold about you and the conduct of the accounts you hold with ourselves and other banks.  Any request up to this guaranteed amount will be immediately agreed and available to you.

Once arranged, your overdraft limit can be seen on the 'Your accounts' page next to the relevant account. Your overdraft limit is also displayed on the pages where you carry out most online transactions.
