Changing your loan Direct Debit account

To change the account from which you make your monthly Direct Debit, just call our Customer Services team on:

08457 24 34 44 for loans where the agreement number begins 7/.  Lines open Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-6pm.

08457 44 44 55 for loans where the agreement number begins 15. Lines open Mon-Fri 8am-10pm, Sat 8:30am-6pm, Sun 9:30am-5:30pm.

Please give us 15 days notice before your next payment is due.

Changing your address

To change the address we hold for your loan, please print off and complete our 'change of details' form on our Help Centre 'Change Your address' page and take the completed form to your local branch.
