Keeping you informed
Keeping you up-to-date with how your shares are doing and giving you the information you need to manage your account is all part of the service.
The best way to keep yourself informed is using our online service as you can access your account 24/7, 365 days a year. When you apply for an account online you will be automatically registered for the online service.
If you are an existing customer and would like access to the online service, go to www.bankofscotlandhalifax.co.uk/online and click on the 'Register my existing account' in the New User section - you will need to have your Share Dealing Personal Reference Number (PRN) to hand.
