If your phone has been subjected to unauthorised modifications (e.g. jailbroken) the app will not be compatible with your device.
Touch ID is Apple’s fingerprint reader that makes it easy for you to verify your identity when logging in to our app. Your fingerprint is stored on your Apple device only and never with Bank of Scotland.
If you already use the app, you can register anytime, just switch on Touch ID in Your Security Settings from the app menu.
Or if you are new to the app, you will be asked to register for Touch ID when you register your device.
