If you’re experiencing problems with one of our services you can check if we know about any issues, or if we have any planned maintenance. If you’re still having issues with one of our services, you should contact us.

When our services are running normally there could be isolated issues, for example, a single ATM not working or a minor disruption to Internet Banking in the early hours of Sunday morning, when we often carry out maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to planned maintenance some services won’t be available from 1am to 5am on Sunday 21st October

During this period you will be unable to:

  • View Credit Card account balances
  • View historic transactions on your Credit Card statement
  • Search your Credit Card statement

All other services are unaffected.
