How to call from the app

1. Simply tap on ‘Call us’ on the home screen or ‘Menu’ from any page, then select ‘Call Us’.


2. Select what your call is about – for example click on the account you want to talk about, then click ‘Call Us’.

Additional security checks will be required to speak to us about your mortgage or home insurance policy.


3. You will then be connected to a friendly advisor who will know it's you and be ready to help.

* If your call is about changing the mobile phone number we hold on record for you, if you need to reset your Internet Banking log in details, or your phone drops signal during connection we may still need you to verify that it is you calling and ask for characters from your password and/or other questions.

You can check and update your mobile number in the app by going to ‘Menu’, then Your profile’, then tapping on your mobile number.
