On 23rd September Thomas Cook Group ceased trading.

- If your booking is protected by ATOL you can claim a refund. Visit https://thomascook.caa.co.uk/refunds/ to find out how to get your money back. If you are unable to use the online claim forms, please contact the dedicated Thomas Cook call centre on 0300 303 28000300 303 2800.
- If your booking is not ATOL protected, but you paid for it with a Bank of Scotland credit or debit card, you can raise a claim for a refund by calling us between 7am – 11pm:
