Bank of Scotland Online Investments offer a simple way to invest online. You can choose to invest tax efficiently with an Investment ISA, or through an Investment Account if you would prefer not to use an ISA or have already used your ISA allowance this tax year. Whichever investment product you select, you can choose from our three managed growth funds, which have varying levels of risk and potential reward.
You can use a Stocks and Shares ISA to invest tax efficiently in our three managed funds. ISAs are not subject to personal Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax.
Our Investment Account allows you to invest in our three managed funds but does not benefit from the same tax efficiency as an ISA.
You can take advantage of a range of financial advice and planning solutions if you have at least £100,000 of savings, investments and/or personal pensions or a sole income of at least £100,000 per annum.
Please remember that the value of an investment and the income from it can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invested.
If you are in any doubt about making your own investment decisions we recommend you seek advice from a suitably qualified financial adviser.
Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and may change.
Bank of Scotland Share Dealing offers share trading on seven of the world’s largest markets. Choose from a range of accounts including ISAs and SIPPs. Returns are dependent on market performance.
