Repayments are by direct debit. The repayments are monthly until the loan is repaid.
You can change your repayment date by calling our Customer Service team on:
Your loan is a fixed term loan with agreed regular monthly repayments. However, if you make over payments your loan will be repaid sooner. Alternately, if you take repayment holidays your loan term will be extended by the total number of months you have taken the repayment holidays for.
If due to a change of circumstances you are struggling to repay the loan and do not have repayment protection insurance, please call us in confidence to discuss your circumstances on 08708 50 13 02*. Lines are open 8.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday.
You cannot miss a repayment and 'catch up' the following month. If you miss a monthly repayment, or are late in making a repayment, you will incur a late repayment charge of up to £25 and this will register with a Credit Reference Agency, which could affect your credit rating.
To change the account from which you make your monthly direct debit, just call our Customer Services team on:
Please give us 15 days notice before your next repayment is due.
To change the address we hold for your loan, please print off and complete our 'change of details' form on our Help Centre 'Change your address' page.
Alternatively just visit your local branch.
