For access to advice from a Private Banking and Advice Manager, you’ll need at least £250,000 in savings, investments and/or personal pensions and/or a sole annual income of at least £250,000.

Before we provide you with any services or products, we will explain and agree with you what advice can be given, the products and services this advice covers and any charges that will apply.

Then they’ll help you develop a personal financial plan – designed to help you achieve both your immediate and longer term financial objectives.

Where you are today

First, we’ll arrange a convenient time for you to have a detailed discussion with your Private Banking and Advice Manager. This will cover your current circumstances and your plans for the future. Then, together, we can consider the different options available and map out a financial plan that is personalised to you.

Putting your plan into action

Once you’re happy with your plan, we’ll help you put it into action. If there are aspects of the plan that require the skills of particular financial specialists, we’ll draw on that expertise from within our business and from trusted third-party suppliers.

We’ll be here when life changes
