Our banking services are complemented by Internet, Mobile and Telephone Banking, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please note that although our lines are always open, not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day. There may be limits on payments you can make and we may not be able to start processing all payments instructed out of normal banking hours.

Lending and financing products may require security. Lending is subject to our responsible lending criteria. How much we lend, the period and rate available are subject to our assessment of your circumstances.

Specific eligibility criteria and conditions apply for certain types of lending. You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to apply. Lending is subject to status and application. Security may be required. Overdrafts are repayable in full on demand.

Financial Planning

Some of our products and services require financial advice. We provide this service through our partnership with Schroders Personal Wealth. We will introduce you to an adviser to help you make financial planning and investment choices based on your financial goals.

Your Schroders Personal Wealth adviser will explain what advice they can give. They’ll also tell you which products and services this covers and any advice or product charges that apply and agree these with you.
