When someone close to you has died there will inevitably be things you have to take care of. We aim to make this as easy as possible and offer a specialist service so that you can speak to people who understand your circumstances.

Expert Bereavement Advice

Our Expert Bereavement Advice team are there to answer questions regarding any of the practical things to be done following a death, such as funeral arrangements, probate and financial help.

You can call them on 0800 970 4322. Lines are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Booking an Appointment

We recommend you book an appointment at one or our branches so that we can discuss how to take care of the products held with us.

You can call us on 08457 21 31 41 for bank account customers or
08456 02 03 04 for savings customers. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
