To apply for our Private Banking service, you’ll need to have: at least £250,000 in savings and/or investments with Bank of Scotland, and/or at least a £750,000 mortgage with Bank of Scotland.
Any charges that apply and what these cover will be explained and agreed with you before any services or products are provided to you.

Following the Governments confirmation of new measures to tackle coronavirus, our branches will remain open, but we have to make changes.
Due to the challenging times we’re all experiencing, we’re dealing with a higher number of calls from customers than normal and our call wait times may be longer than usual.
We are doing our best to help customers as quickly as possible and we appreciate your understanding. You can still use our online and mobile banking services and our automated service if they’re relevant to your account.
