Personal UK online banking customers only. Retailer offers and cashback amounts vary.
You’ll receive your cashback on or before the last working day of the month after your redeeming transaction. For example, if you redeemed your offer in January, we’ll pay your cashback into your account at the end of February.
If you have more than one account with Bank of Scotland, we’ll pay your cashback into your oldest account. If you also have eligible accounts with Lloyds or Halifax, your cashback will be paid into your newest account.
You can change where your cashback is paid at any time by selecting a different account in the Cashback history section of Offers. If you’ve made a change, we’ll pay your cashback into the account you most recently selected across Bank of Scotland, Lloyds or Halifax.
To receive your cashback, you’ll need to remain registered for Offers.
If you choose to have your cashback paid to your credit card, it won’t count towards your minimum monthly payment. You’ll still need to pay this to meet the terms of your credit agreement. However, the cashback will reduce your outstanding balance.
You can view the cashback you’ve earned in the Cashback history section of Offers. Please allow up to 5 working days for your cashback to appear as pending. You can also see:
