Reporting a lost or stolen card

You can report your lost or stolen card if you are registered for Internet Banking. Simply log in and complete our online form.

Or, call us on 0800 0 288 335, lines open 24 hours a day. We’ll cancel the card and send a replacement. If you're calling from abroad, you can call us on +44 (0) 131 454 1605.
