We need some information first

To help you make a claim, we need to know what your policy number starts with. This info tells us which of our partners looks after your insurance. You’ll find the number on your policy schedule, or in some emails or letters about your insurance.

New customer on or after 03 September 2025? Then your policy should start with a 9.

Call to claim

You can call 0330 018 5561. Get help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls may be monitored and recorded.

Get help at the roadside

If your car’s broken down, we’ll help you get moving again. Call the RAC for breakdown cover on 0330 159 0978.

Repair damage to your windscreen or windows

If you damage your windscreen, side or rear windows or sunroof, book a repair online or call 0330 018 4174.

Sort out a key problem

Get in touch about key cover by calling 0345 075 6187.

Not sure you need to claim?

Sometimes you might decide it’s cheaper to fix things yourself than make a claim. But no matter how small the incident, get in touch so your records are correct and you have the right cover, even if you don’t claim.

It's time to review your claim

Your claim will be checked (including whether it affects any no claims discounts you have). And you’ll be contacted if:

  • you need to pay an excess
  • your no claims discount is affected
  • you need to give more evidence.

If you need to make a claim for any of the following reasons, you can do this from your account.

  • You were involved in a road traffic accident (but you’re no longer at the roadside).
  • Storm or flood damage.
  • Malicious damage or theft.
  • Lost or stolen keys.
  • Wrong fuel.

Fix damaged windscreen or windows

To repair or replace your damaged windscreen or windows, book online with Autoglass.

Get help if your car’s broken down
