View your cover details online

If you've registered for Internet Banking, you can now view your cover details there. Just log in to check:

  • your policy number
  • a summary of your excess
  • what cover you have
  • how much you're currently paying 
  • when and how your policy is set to renew.

You can also access your Digital Inbox, where we'll send you digital copies of your documents. You can turn off paper documents altogether by going to your profile and adjusting the settings there.

We won't charge you an admin fee for making any changes to your policy:

  • Amend your level of cover.
  • Add or remove items.
  • Change the way you pay.

We'll send you a reminder a few weeks before your renewal date.

If you're happy with your policy, and don't want to make any changes, you can renew and pay for your policy online. You can also choose how your policy renews each year.

Moving home but want to keep your existing policy? Simply change the address on your policy by calling us.

Letting us know about future changes

You’ll need to get in touch beforehand to let us know. Examples of this include:

  • building work at your property
  • your home being empty for longer than usual
  • someone living with you who doesn’t normally.

Update your details

Homes for Ukraine government scheme

We support everyone who welcomes Ukrainian refugees into their home. You’ll continue to be covered under your Home Insurance and don’t need to tell us about the change in your circumstances.

Limits, terms and exclusions apply to all levels of cover.
