How to reset your details using our app or in a browser.

To change your login details in the app

1. Choose your details

You can change your password, memorable information or change both.

2. Personal details

We’ll need some details to find your account. If you don’t know your username, we’ll ask for account details instead.

3. Enter new information

You'll be asked to enter your new details. If you want to find your username, we’ll show it to you at this step.

4. Security check

We’ll now do a quick security check to make sure it’s you. Choose a number for us to contact you on.

5. Confirm it's you

If we sent you a one time passcode text, we’ll ask you to enter it. If we called you, we’ll ask you to enter the code on your phone.

6. All done

That’s it, you’ve updated your details. Now you can use them to log in.

Please note: Our Mobile Banking app is supported by devices running iOS or Android. The app is not compatible with some older versions of the operating systems. Check the App Store or Google Play for more details.

We don't charge you for Mobile Banking but your mobile operator may charge you for certain services, such as downloading or using the app, so please check with them.

If your phone has been subjected to unauthorised modifications (e.g. jailbroken or rooted) the app will not be compatible with your device.
