Do I need to opt in each month? expandable section

Yes, you will need to activate the offer and pay in your salary, pension or benefits of at least £1,000 every month to be in with a chance to win.
If I have a joint account do we both need to register? expandable section

Yes, each account holder needs to activate the offer to be able to enter the draw. Search for ‘Offers’ in the app or in online banking.
Can I combine payments if I have a joint account? expandable section

Yes. We’ll combine payments made into a joint account to decide whether the £1,000 monthly requirement is met. If both account holders pay into the joint account and the total is £1,000 or more each month, the joint account can count for both of you. Each account holder must activate the offer on their own account to qualify.
What if I join during the month and I can't see the offer? expandable section

If you can’t see it straightaway – don’t worry, it will be available at the beginning of the following month.
How will I know if I have won? expandable section
