How to do it

    1. Log in to the app.
    2. The summary space will list your accounts and their balances.
    3. Select an account to see more information on recent and historic payments in and out.

A look at the details

  • In our app, you can view the balances of several types of accounts, including:

    • bank accounts
    • savings accounts
    • credit cards
    • loans
    • mortgages
    • investments.

    This helps you keep track of your money, all in one place.

  • If you have accounts with other banks, you can add them to our app through Open Banking. This lets you see all your balances together.

    To connect an account

    1. Log in to the mobile app.
    2. Go to your 'Everyday' space.
    3. Select the 'Add accounts' tile.
    4. Choose the bank you want to link.
    5. Log in securely to your other bank and approve access when we redirect you.

    After you authorise the connection, the account and its balance appear in your 'Summary' space.

    We never see or store your login details for other banks. You stay in control of what you share, and every 90 days we’ll ask you to confirm that you’re happy to keep sharing data. You can change or remove any connection at any time by going to 'Profile and settings', then 'Open Banking connected accounts'.

  • You can view up to 7 years of transactions in the app.
    If you need older information, contact your local branch and we’ll help you with your request.
