If you have a joint account with someone, you’ll both be able to see this account in your Bank of Scotland, Lloyds and Halifax apps and online banking. Any accounts that are solely yours will only be visible to you.

There’s no change to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) protection. Money you hold with Bank of Scotland plc, which includes Halifax, will still be protected separately to any money with Lloyds Bank plc.
