Replace your card or get a PIN reminder

If there is a problem with your credit or debit card or you need a PIN reminder let us know online. It’s simple, safe and secure.

You can request a replacement credit or debit card through Internet Banking if:

  • your existing card is damaged or not working
  • your registered address is within the UK

Fill in our simple form and we'll cancel your card straight away. Once ordered you'll receive a new card within 3-5 working days , depending on the type of card you have ordered.

Contactless enabled cards will be sent for all eligible accounts unless you have previously opted out of contactless.

Request a replacement card online

You can also request a replacement card and view your card details  in our Mobile Banking app.

If you are a debit card customer, your replacement card details will be available to view in our app the following day.

If you are a credit card customer, you can continue to use your existing card details in the app.

You can also use these details to register for Wallet Pay apps such as Apple Pay or Google Pay to make purchases in store via your phone.
