Get the full picture
You can see recent transactions as well as older statements in our Mobile Banking app or Internet Banking.
When you're logged in, choose the account you want to look at. From there you can:
- Check your current balance, available funds and transaction history.
- Select a transaction to find out how and when it was made. You can also view where the transaction was made.
- See pending card transactions and paid-in cheques which are still being processed.
- View upcoming payments which are due to leave your account in the next 31 days.
- Search for past transactions. In our mobile app, this is only available for current accounts.
- View, save and print a copy of your statement in PDF format.

Mobile Banking: We don’t charge you for Mobile Banking but your mobile operator may charge for some services, please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality. You must be registered for Internet Banking. Terms and conditions apply.
Mobile Banking app: Our Mobile Banking app is available to Internet Banking customers with a UK personal account and valid registered phone number. Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Our app does not work on jailbroken or rooted devices. Device registration required.
