We’re now running our Mobile Branch services fortnightly
To help you understand why we’ve decided to carry on with a fortnightly timetable, two separate Mobile Branch Review documents will be available for each route. You’ll find Part 1 below. Part 2 will be published in March following engagement with the local community - it will give an overview of the feedback we receive.
Before we make any changes to our services we always look to understand the impact on our customers and the local community – including how customers continue to access banking services. We are committed to the Access to Banking Standard and follow the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority – 'FG 20/3: Branch and ATM closures or conversions'.
