What personal information do we have about you?

Your right to know what personal information we hold about you

Sharing personal information is part of our daily lives. It's something we do when we shop, phone a business, or use the Internet. The companies and services we use collect this information for many reasons, such as preventing fraud.

You have the right to know what information Lloyds Banking Group holds about you. There are several ways to get a copy of this, depending on what you need.

  • Most of the time, you can access what you need without writing to us to ask for it. You can easily view most of the information we hold about you through our app or Online Banking.

If you require support in finding what you need you can contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 721 3141 (+44 131 337 4218 from outside the UK). Lines are open 8am – 8pm, seven days a week. Calls and online sessions may be monitored and recorded. Not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day.

If you want to know something specific or have been unable to find the answer to your question, you may want to make a DSAR instead.

    Do you want specific information?

You may want details for only one of your accounts. For example, you might like copies of your bank account statements. In that case it may be faster to write to one of the following addresses:
