We will strive to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with how your complaint is resolved, you may be able to ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to look at your case for free. If you purchased your investment online, you can also complain through the European dispute resolution platform. You can do this through the Your Europe Portal (you will leave the Bank of Scotland website).
Please remember that the value of an investment and the income from it can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invested.
