Identity Monitor is an exclusive Premier Account service that helps you spot the signs of identity theft early. Your credit profile is continuously monitored for you by leading credit reference agency, Experian, who will warn you of any significant changes so you can take action if you suspect fraud.

Registering for Identity Monitor
You can complete the form online by visiting the Account Benefits tab of your Premier Account in your Internet Banking and following the instructions. Alternatively, you can call the Identity Monitor team on 0800 064 0402 or 0344 481 8005.
Once you have registered you can view your Experian credit report, score and statement at any time using the Identity Monitor website, which is provided by Experian Ltd.
