We are making it even easier to manage your account benefits
We have introduced a new ‘single sign on’ feature. This will make it easier for you to manage the following Added Value Account benefits via the third party providers website and Internet Banking:
- Mobile Phone Insurance
- Card Loss Assistance
- Identity Monitor (Premier Account only)
By using your existing Internet Banking log in information, the new single sign on feature means you will no longer need to log in with separate details to manage these benefits. Simply log in to Internet Banking once to access the websites of these benefit providers and to get instant access to your benefits detailed above.
Here’s how it will work:
- Log in to Internet Banking.
- Select your Added Value account from the ’Your accounts’ page.
- Select the ‘Account benefits’ tab to view your account benefits.
- If you’ve already registered for Mobile Phone Insurance, Card Loss Assistance or Identity Monitor (Premier Account only), the details of your benefits will be automatically loaded.
So whether you need to register your card for Card Loss Assistance, monitor your credit profile with Identity Monitor (Premier Account only), or make a claim on your Mobile Phone Insurance policy, you can now manage all this from your Added Value Account within Internet Banking, as well as keep an eye on your finances.

If you are not yet registered for Internet Banking, you won’t be able to take advantage of the single sign on feature. You can register today in a few simple steps.
