Add/Remove a party from your account

If you would like to remove a party on your bank account, call into your local branch with identification. View acceptable forms of identification. A request to remove a party from your bank account will only be accepted where the account is in credit.

We are currently unable to add a second party to your account, however, you can submit an application for a new joint account in any Bank of Scotland branch.  When opening a new joint account, if both parties are not existing Bank of Scotland or Halifax customers then any new customer will need to provide identification - view acceptable forms of identification.
