Subscriptions are a type of regular payment. When you set one up, the company will take payments from your debit or credit card when they think an amount is due.
These are common with streaming services, payday loans repayments, and gym memberships.
They are also called recurring card payments or Continuous Payment Authorities.
You use your card details when you set up a subscription. This is different to a Direct Debit, where you give your account number and sort code.
You can see your subscriptions on your statement transaction list in Internet Banking and our app.
