Update your marketing choices

How to keep up to date on products and offers that may be of interest to you.

Your choices explained

  • You will still receive statements and information about changes to your existing products and services.
  • If you change your mind, you can update your choices at any time.

To change your preferences

  • 1. Log in

    Log in to Internet Banking.

    2. Go to 'Your profile'

    Select ‘Your profile’ in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

    3. Internet banking details

    Choose ‘Change your marketing preferences’.

    4. Marketing choices

    Toggle Yes or No to select which of the products and offers may be of interest to you. Then press ‘Submit’.

    5. All done

    That's it, you’ve updated your marketing choices. These changes will show the next time you log on.

1. Log in

First you’ll need to log in to the Mobile Banking app.

2. Navigate to ‘Profile and Settings’

You will find this in the top right hand corner of the app. Choose the 'Settings' tab and scroll down to marketing choices.

3. Select ‘Your Marketing choices’

Toggle Yes or No to select which of the products and offers may be of interest to you. Then press 'Confirm’.

4. All done

That's it. You've updated your marketing choices.
