Download, order or print a statement

You can do this online

Use the app to download, save, and print past statements from when your account was first opened.
Use Internet Banking to download, save and print statements from the past 7 years.
Request a statement in the post – you’ll get it within 10 working days.

    Log in and go to your account page, select Statement options.

    Next, select to print, download, or order a paper copy for the last 7 years.

    For paper copies, please remember it can take up to 10 working days to arrive.

Log in and go to your account menu.
Select Download or print statement to save or print.
For paper copies, select Order paper statements.
