If you've misplaced your credit card you can freeze it whilst you look for it using our Mobile Banking app. You can also freeze specific transactions on your debit or credit card.

Select Help & Support at the top of your account overview page, select lost or stolen card and fill out a short form.

We'll cancel your card straight away and you'll receive your new card in 5 working days, depending on the type of card you have ordered.

What happens next

If you have reported your debit or credit card as lost or stolen, you can view your card details in our app. You can view your debit card details the next day and your credit card details within 5 days. This means you can use your new card details online while waiting for your new card to arrive in the post.

If you're registered for Wallet Pay apps such as Apple Pay or Google Pay™, you can use your mobile device to pay for your shopping while you wait for your new card to arrive in the post.

If you're not registered, our app gives you all the details you need to sign up to these services.

More Card and PIN services
