How to add your support options.

Support options explained

  • We can send your letters and statements in different formats.
  • We can adapt the way we communicate with you in branch or on the phone.
  • We can make sure you have the best possible experience when you visit a branch.

To update your support options

1. Log in

Log in to our app.

2. Go to ‘Profile and Settings’

You will find this in the top right hand corner of the app. Choose the 'Settings' tab.

3. Choose 'How we contact you'

Select ‘Accessibility options’.

4. Update your choices

Choose 'Continue'  to update your options, then Continue again to confirm.

5. All done

That's it. You've updated your support options.
