How the Digital Helpline can help you
We want to help our customers and their friends and family be confident using the internet, not only for banking, but for other things too. So, in partnership with the Digital Helpline we are offering 1-2-1 training sessions. These sessions are tailor-made to your needs, so you can start with the basics of how to charge a device, turn it on and connect to the internet, right through to online banking.
You can learn to:
Set up a device and connect to the internet
Create an email account and send emails
Sign up for Internet Banking and bank online
Book a doctors appointment
Shop online for groceries
Stay in touch with family and friends through video calls
Call the Digital Helpline to have an initial chat and they will try to help with any queries there and then. Or they’ll book in a phone call or video call depending on your skills. Booking in a call for up to 2 hours can give you time to learn at your own pace.
