We’re updating our Internet Banking terms and conditions to make them shorter and simpler, and to cover more of our online services. The updated Internet Banking agreement will take effect from 2 September 2016.
The Internet Banking agreement will include the terms and conditions for Internet Banking and for some of our additional online services. The Additional Services are Everyday Offers, Pay a Contact, paperless statements and correspondence, and mobile alerts services. Not all of these services may be available to you, but if you use any of them on or after 2 September 2016, the updated Internet Banking agreement will apply. The updated Internet Banking agreement will be effective from 2nd September 2016. The changes within the Internet Banking agreement apply regardless of how you access Internet Banking.
The Internet Banking agreement includes terms and conditions for Internet Banking and some of our additional online services. The Additional Services are Everyday Offers, Pay a Contact, paperless statements and correspondence and mobile alerts services. Not all of these services may be available to you, but if you use any of them on or after 2 September 2016, the updated Internet Banking agreement will apply.
If you don’t accept the changes, you can stop using or cancel your Internet Banking and Additional Services at any time. You can do this by calling our Internet Banking helpdesk on 0345 602 0000 or visiting us in branch.
If we need to contact you about Internet Banking or the Additional Services, we will normally do so through your Internet Banking secure inbox. We may also communicate with you in any other way that is personal to you. This can include email, SMS, post, in-app notifications or any other appropriate messaging service.
