Make changes to your mortgage

You may want to make changes to your mortgage, such as changing the term or adding or removing a named person.

How you make changes depends on your mortgage account number. Your account number may have recently changed. Check your latest mortgage statement or sign in to Internet Banking to view your mortgage details.

If your mortgage has a 14 digit account number that starts with 10 then your mortgage is provided by the Halifax.
