If you’re not happy with your renewal price, we may be able to offer you a discount. Visit the Thinking of Leaving us section on manage your renewal. Discounts available online are the same as over the phone.

After renewal, if you change your mind within 14 days, we can cancel your policy back to the start date and give you a full refund of your premium, unless you have made a claim. If you wish to cancel but would like to remain covered until the date you cancel, you’ll need to pay for the number of days cover you’ve received.

After you cancel, we’ll send you a letter in the next 14 days. The letter will let you know if there’s a refund due or anything left to pay.
